Giving Back

Helping people is fundamental to the SDP Property Group mission, and for each apartment we rent, we donate a portion of the first month's rent to Chrysalis, a local non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness by providing the resources and support needed to find and retain employment. When you rent one of our urban dwellings, you're also helping improve the living situation of someone with lack of access to adequate shelter. Together we are improving communities . . . one apartment at a time.
